After over thirteen years as a spiritual director and companioning numerous individuals, she embarked on a reflective pause, contemplating how to embrace authenticity and uniqueness more deeply. A graduate of Wellstreams, Mary Anne now intertwines spiritual direction with mentorship. She is an accomplished retreat and workshop facilitator and the author of several insightful books, including "her memoir" I LV ME: A Spiritual Journey of Healing. Above all, Mary Anne is a profoundly spiritual individual with a passion for exploring life's profound questions, continually seeking, reaching, and growing.
