Our Financial Standing

At The Spirituality Network, transparency is one of our core values and we are delighted to share with you the good news of our most recent fiscal year (ending June 30, 2025), along with the opportunities that lie ahead.

A Year of Abundance and Gratitude

We are thrilled to report that we closed the year with $148,600 in revenue and $123,400 in expenses, ending with a gain of $25,200. This was far beyond our expectation of $2,900! What made the difference? Your generosity. Several extraordinary gifts, along with two full Wellstreams cohorts, gave us the resources to not only meet but exceed our goals.

Every dollar you share helps create sacred space for seekers to encounter God, deepen their self-awareness, and find wholeness. You are part of that story of abundance. Thank you.

Where Your Support Goes

45% of our income came from Wellstreams tuition, equipping spiritual directors to serve the wider community.

26% came from unrestricted donations, gifts that sustain every corner of our mission.

The remainder came from programs and contributions that continue to inspire lives. On the expense side, faithful stewards and focused on mission:

  • 46% for staff who embody our mission

  • 29% for core operational expenses (rent, insurance, software, internet, and related costs) that ensure continuity and stability

  • 14% for contractors—supervisors, faculty, and facilitators who extend our reach

  • 7% for taxes and payroll expenses

  • 4% for professional fees

Looking Ahead—A Shared Journey

This year’s budget is balanced at $138,000 in both revenue and expenses. While we anticipate a break-even year, we know the vitality of our programs, and the countless lives they touch, depend on the continued generosity of our community.  Every gift, large or small, opens doors for seekers, sustains our staff, and ensures that Wellstreams and all our offerings remain accessible.

We invite you to walk with us into another year of growth, healing, and transformation. Whether by donating, attending programs, or spreading the word, YOU MAKE THE MISSION POSSIBLE!

With deep gratitude and joy,
Andrea C. Pannell, OPA
