Wellstreams Program is pleased to present

Finding Presence, Story, and Healing: A Path through the Grief of this Time

A 2-part online workshop via Zoom

October 10 and 31, 2020 10 am—12 pm

“We are all just walking each other home.” ~ Ram Dass

In the last several months we have all experienced events unlike any other in our lifetime.

We may or may not be aware of the effects that these events have had on mind, body, soul and spirit: perhaps you have a sense of loss, grief, and a longing for compassion, meaning and connection. As we go forward, how do we begin to notice, explore, and integrate inner movement, find healing and come closer to the Divine?

Participants will be invited to reflect on their story of loss, finding pathways to open up their own heart connection to these feelings, as well as opportunities to connect with others, and ultimately, with the Divine.

1st session will focus on “story” to discover and explore feelings—getting to the heart

2nd session will focus on invitation to inner movement and healing—encountering the Divine in the heart

Facilitators:
Debbie Kennedy, Spiritual Director, RN (retired). Debbie has provided grief care and education for hospital staff, patients, and their families. She is a graduate of the Wellstreams Program and offers spiritual direction practice.
