Creative practices foster the deep work of the Spirit: expanding our spiritual vocabulary, engaging our bodies and intuition as sources of God’s wisdom and presence and giving new perspectives on the Divine at work in our lives.

We will explore art forms that work well in direction sessions and retreats as well as supporting our own life journey. These are art forms that anyone can engage in, whether art-experienced or not!

A list of simple art supplies that you will need will be provided with registration.

Facilitator, Heather Monkmeyer is a spiritual director serving on the Wellstreams faculty. She uses creativity in her own life of prayer as well with her directees.

Fee: $50 if PREPAID by March 1; $65 after that date
