Aging with Grace and Grit is a highly interactive workshop offering an overview of how we can approach growing older in new, deeply meaningful and spiritually rewarding ways.

Your co-facilitators will guide participants in

  • Envisioning more positive images of aging

  • Engaging in a life review, including lessons learned and wisdom gained

  • Fostering life-repair through forgiveness and reconciliation

  • Leaving a non-financial legacy

  • Facing mortality with courage and strength

  • Living with renewed passion and purpose

We invite people to join us in claiming the vision of elderhood as a journey of meaningful personal development and spiritual growth filled with deep and lasting peace.

Rev. Dr. Bob Meyer is a retired pastor in the PCUSA. He is a Certified Spiritual Director through the Ignation Spirituality Institute in Cleveland and a Certified Saging Leader with Saging International. He and his wife Christi, live in Lodi, Ohio where they are restoring a 120-year-old Victorian house and trying to keep up with their many adult children and grandchildren.

Dana Riddel, shifted her focus to the field of conscious aging after retiring from a career as a business owner, HR leader, executive coach and organizational change consultant. She is a Certified Saging Leader, Certified as both a Gestalt and Reiki practitioner, and founder of her Wisdom Sojourn practice. She and her partner Terry live on a pollinator crop farm in Iowa. She is mother of her 30-something-year-old adopted son Serge who reminds her regularly that she still has a lot to learn!
